Red Ale w/ Raspberries 5.5%
We brewed a basic Red Ale with a hefty malt backbone with notes of caramel and toffee and hopped it with floral English hops. After fermentation we added a bunch of raspberries to the tank for a couple of days and then packaged it up. Lighter in body with depths of flavor and a nice fruitiness that isn’t overwhelming.
