Tequila BA Symbiotic
Tequila Barrel-Aged Symbiotic 6%
Last year we filled a tequila barrel with our award winning kettle sour and left it to ferment in our brewery for an entire year. Over the course of secondary fermentation, it picked up not only some great smoky notes from the tequila barrel but booze bringing the ABV up to 6%. After we pulled it out of the barrel, we hit it with loads of lime zest and Himalayan sea salt creating a beer that has lots to offer margarita and sour beer lovers alike.
